We provide poultry, eggs, livestock products, training, and farm tours. Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in person. All orders are subject to availability, seasonal supply, and confirmation. We may set minimum order quantities for bulk requests.

4. Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in local currency and may change without notice. Full payment or deposit terms will be confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation. Applicable taxes or handling fees may apply. We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery timelines vary by location and order size. Pickup orders must be collected during agreed hours. Please inspect items at pickup or delivery and report issues promptly. Risk of loss transfers at pickup or upon successful delivery.

6. Farm Visits

Visitors must follow safety instructions and biosecurity protocols. Closed-toe footwear is required, and minors must be supervised at all times. Visits may require advance booking and confirmation.

7. Biosecurity & Animal Welfare

To protect animal health, we may restrict access to certain areas, require sanitation procedures, and limit outside animals on-site. We are committed to responsible animal care and safe handling practices.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of farm goods, returns are limited. If there is a quality concern, contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution options. Approved refunds or credits are issued at our discretion.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with site functionality, or engage in unlawful activity while interacting with our business. Harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service.
